Resolve and Reset Wellbeing offers a collection of services to holistically benefit your overall wellbeing, ranging from personal and relational wellbeing, to healthy and organic produce, to Sound Healing and Infrared Sauna. Resolve and Reset has been created to help you tackle the hardships of life with ease, and in one place! The aim is simple: To create more ease and wellbeing in our busy day-to-day lives and to strength family and community.

Reset's principal therapist holds more than a decade of experience in the mental health realm helping others to overcome their barriers, deal with trauma and grief and work towards personal goals in an empathetic manner. with degrees in Psychological Science (University of South Australia) and Mediation (member of the National Mediator Accreditation System (NMAS)), as well as further training to become a sound practitioner there is a range of healing modalities available.

Resolve and Reset also operates a NAASA organic certified farm to help bring you the best organic and biodynamic produce available. Because we firmly because the foundation of wellness is not only what we put into our bodies, but also how we look after our environment so that it can continue to look after us!
